my story
Hi everybody! I'm Sonia,
a 70-something retiree, Mum to Trish, Mum-in-Law to Nate, Grand Dog sitter to Sophie; story teller and designer. Like you, and my products, I cheekily think of myself as timeless, distinctive and unabashedly sassy! I'm flat-out absorbed in creating my designs, then using the trappings of technology to bring them to life. If you're curious about my pre-retirement activities, I was once www.sworak.com.
I've sought to create an old-school shopping experience along the lines of a long defunct Sears catalogue so many of us still recall from years past vs. the bland, boxed images and "buy me" pages on most retail sites today. As well, to enhance your shopping pleasure, I've added an apropos playlist of music for each product collection.

Dear Family, Friends & Followers,
One minute it's January 2014, and in the blink-of-an-eye, it's February 2021. Without even so much as a half-blink-of-an-eye later, it was January 2026.
Confession. I had this idea, and despite favorable online reactions, I parked it for twelve years: "Two Peas in a Pod," chatting about my daughter, Trish and myself. Then in 2021, the Good Lord added son-in-law, Nate, and grand dog, Sophie, to the pea bubble.
Before I could even blink a-quarter-of-an-eye, "storystyles" came to life.

PS: Yes, I did design the video back in 2014. Yes, those are ever-accumulating, empty cocktail glasses. And yes, please note the faithful dog. Especially the dog. Because I am so very, very fond of dogs.
